1. We collect and store the information and data provided by users of the Website through their use of the Website and through the Registration process. By providing this information, the user of the Website and/or the Parents registering their child with us consent to the use of their personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy (and more specifically in the Terms and Conditions applicable to those Parents registering their child with us on completion of the Registration Form).

You may communicate with the Gardens by other means such as email, telephone or by letter - we may collect and store your personal data when you contact us by those means as well as through your use of the website. Such data will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We need to use your data for processing a Registration Form and for administering your registration with us, as well as your child’s personal data for the provision of our Services (as set out further in our Terms and Conditions if you register with us). Other uses of data supplied by a user of the Website are set out in this Privacy Policy.
