The Website at www.gardenschildcare.co.uk is operated and controlled by The Gardens Childcare Limited, a private day nursery (company registered in England and Wales under company number 07707020 whose registered office is at The Gardens Daycare, 62 Standen Road, London SW18 5TG (“the Gardens”/ “we” / “our”).  

The aim of this Cookie Policy is to advise users of the Website how we protect and deal with their personal data within the Website.  We request that all users of the Website read this Cookie Policy and only if they are satisfied with it should they continue to use the Website.  The Cookie Policy may change from time to time; details of any such changes shall be posted on this page of the Website.  It is the user’s responsibility to check the Cookie Policy when they visit the Website.

By providing this information, the user of the Website and/or the Parents registering their child with us consent to the use of their personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy (and more specifically in the Terms and Conditions applicable to those Parents registering their child with us on completion of the Registration Form).
